Mike is 59 and joined the Society in 1960.
His hobbies are drama, gardening and going to the theatre.

He had his first walk on (non speaking) part in 1961, and then went on to take young (then older) leads in various comedies/plays during the 60's and early 70's. He introduced the first panto to Ombersley (Jack & the Beanstalk) in 1974 and later wrote "Dick Whittington" "Puss in Boots" and "Cinderella" - all performed at Ombersley and he has performed in several others since.
Mike conceived and directed the 21st Birthday Minstrel show in April 1979 and Old Tyme Music Hall in '87.
He has produced "Camelot" "Love Begins at 50" and is very interested in set design, having designed the set for our latest panto "The Pied Piper".
Mike has just finished directing the children's plays performed on July 7th.
